For me this picture feels like tat the woman, got older over the years, try to use her young age skin and shape which she takes off couple years ago. The picture conveys also the message to me that we humans are so fragile and cannot prevent our self aging!

I never looked at this image in that perspective...but it fits perfectly. It's interesting how different imaginations see different messages in the same image.
