Nas veias corre-me o basalto negro.
No coração a dolência das ondas num mar azul sem fim.
O azul impõe-se, alastra, exorbita-se, é rei:
Transborda cada vaga, inunda cada palma...
De tudo ser azul (tão azul:) eu nem sei
Se o meu corpo é azul ou se é azul minha alma.
E tenho verde, tanto verde a indicar-me a esperança!...
Registo tudo o que se identifique com a minha forma de estar na vida
Afinal a vida é uma passagem.
E dentro de mim há um olhar sem segredo.
Um verde e azul abraço fundido nos tons e luz de um Açoriano

In my veins runs the black basalt.
My heart waves involved in an endless sea.
The blue color stands out, spreads and floods on the palms of my hand ...
Everything is blue (so blue) I do not even know
If my body is blue and blue is my soul.
And I am green, so green giving me hope! ...
I record everything that resonates with my way of being in life
After all life is a passage.
And inside me there's a look without a secret.
A hug melted green and blue light in tone and appearance of the Azores and the Azores.
